We are searching for Operators to join our team and assist the Mechanical Scope of our projects. The ideal candidate is a positive presence on the job site, open to comments, and eager to learn. This is a field-based, hands-on employment where qualified candidates will help build a solar field. This role supports the mechanical scope and is based at our project site in Krum, Texas.

Skills: 1. Follow prescribed safety regulations 2. Knowledge of equipment listed above, their appropriate uses, and ability to detect machine malfunction 3. Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning 4. Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication) 5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, procedure manuals, and load charts 6. Able to lift 50+ pound equipment, maneuvering them into their proper places 7. Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching 8. Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time 9. Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback 10. Experience working on construction projects preferred 11. Equipment Operation: Operate pile driving machinery to drive steel, concrete, or wood piles into the ground for foundations and structures. 2. Site Preparation: Assess and prepare job sites by positioning and aligning piles based on construction plans. 3. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated safely to prevent accidents. 4. Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pile driving equipment to ensure optimal performance. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure precise and efficient pile installation. |
Education and Experience Requirements:
- GED or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Equipment certifications as required
- Current driver’s license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
