The Position:

FullStack is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to optimize financial procedures and drive the company’s growth initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management to drive business performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings and board discussions.
  • Provide variance analysis and explanations for financial results to support management decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and scenario analysis.
  • Track actual financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and cost optimization projects.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and financial justification for new projects.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis to support decision-making.

Ad hoc Analysis and Special Projects:

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in the software consultancy or IT services industry is highly desirable but not required.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills are required. Experience with financial software and tools such as Tableau, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
