KSA National Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities: KSA National Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Develop and implement customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • POC with Hiring Managers at the client site and the internal TA team to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational
  • Ensure Job Descriptions are in place for all roles
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Mining candidates from web-based candidate databases
  • Promote the Client’s employment brand
  • Administer pre-screen questionnaire to develop candidate shortlists
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications, provide feedback, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases and systems.
  • Provide ongoing status updates to hiring managers
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: KSA National Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in an RPO environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
