Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Service Representative:

  1. Responsibly and promptly addresses customer inquiries, issues, and concerns at Holman.
  2. Deals with carrier concerns, completes tasks, and resolves issues following policy and state guidelines.
  3. Investigates and corrects errors in the inbound and outbound process to maintain accuracy.
  4. Records revenue for special requests and daily activities based on customer rates.
  5. Generates necessary reports to track account status.
  6. Maintains electronic customer files according to record retention rules.
  7. Maintains reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
  8. Performs any other assigned or necessary duties.
  9. Follows safety and security standards in all duties.
