Do you enjoy making people happy? Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are crucial to our store’s operations. You have a big role in how our members feel when they visit and leave. Sometimes, you’re the first person they see, the last one, or even the only one they talk to. That’s why it’s super important to smile, say hello, and thank each person.
We’re searching for friendly people to work at the registers and help members with self-checkout. Things can get busy, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You might need to do a lot of things at once, like scanning items, taking payments, and keeping the area tidy. It’s not always easy, but our cashiers find it fulfilling, especially since they’re part of a big team all working towards one goal: making our members happy and satisfied.

What you’ll do…
Helps members with information about different types of memberships, programs, and benefits. Signs up new members, upgrades existing memberships, and handles credit accounts. Encourages members to renew their memberships and takes part in sales and marketing activities. Keeps track of marketing activities and other paperwork. Works towards meeting membership targets and highlights the value of Sam’s Club products and services.
Makes sure the assigned area follows company rules by handling returns correctly, organizing products neatly, and identifying any loss or damage.

Helps members by greeting them, understanding what they need, and helping them decide what to buy. Finds products for members and solves any problems they have. Talks to members about Sam’s Club products and services and helps them use self-service technology. Rings up purchases and helps with different payment methods, following company rules. Uses belted registers to complete transactions for members.
